| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงผสมผสานมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินสถานการณ์และการจัดการขยะพลาสติกวิเคราะห์ศักยภาพของการพัฒนารูปแบบนวัตกรรมการพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ทดแทนพลาสติกอย่างยั่งยืน และความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยวด้านบรรจุภัณฑ์ทดแทนพลาสติก และเพื่อเสนอรูปแบบนวัตกรรมการพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ทดแทนพลาสติกอย่างยั่งยืนในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์ ตำบลตลาดใหม่ อำเภอวิเศษชัยชาญ จังหวัดอ่างทอง โดยวิธีการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย การสังเกตการณ์ การสัมภาษณ์ และสนทนากลุ่มผู้บริหาร ผู้นำชุมชน และผู้ที่มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบเกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการขยะพลาสติก ในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตลาดใหม่ รวมทั้งสอบถามนักท่องเที่ยวที่คาดว่าจะเดินทางมาท่องเที่ยวที่อุทยานประวัติศาสตร์ตำบลตลาดใหม่ และพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง จำนวน 600 ราย ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบบังเอิญ จากนั้นนำข้อมูลปฐมภูมิและทุติยภูมิมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ CIPPI Model เป็นกรอบในการเสนอรูปแบบนวัตกรรมการพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ทดแทนพลาสติก ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ประชาชนในพื้นที่ส่วนใหญ่มีการคัดแยกขยะพลาสติกเพื่อนำไปขาย ส่วนขยะพลาสติกที่ไม่สามารถขายได้ประชาชนในพื้นที่จะนำมาทิ้งในถังขยะ เพื่อรอรถเก็บขนขยะที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตลาดใหม่มีการจัดจ้าง ศักยภาพด้านแรงงานคนในการพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ทดแทนพลาสติกในพื้นที่ตำบลตลาดใหม่ คือ กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ ด้านงบประมาณ ยังไม่มีงบประมาณที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการขยะพลาสติกที่ต้นทางเพราะตำบลตลาดใหม่มีพื้นที่ขนาดเล็ก ดังนั้นจึงควรมีการดำเนินการหางบประมาณสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภายนอก ด้านวัสดุและอุปกรณ์ โดยวัสดุที่ใช้ คือผักตบชวา เนื่องจากมีปริมาณมาก และส่งผลกระทบต่อการระบายน้ำในพื้นที่ และยังไม่มีงบประมาณสำหรับการจัดซื้อเครื่องขึ้นรูปบรรจุภัณฑ์ ด้านการบริหารจัดการ มีการฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับวงจรการเกิดและผลกระทบด้านลบจากขยะพลาสติก รวมถึงการผลิตจานผักตบชวา และจากการศึกษาความต้องการของนักท่องเที่ยวด้านบรรจุภัณฑ์ทดแทนพลาสติก พบว่า รูปแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ต้องการมีลักษณะเป็นจานก้นลึกมีขนาดความสูง 4 เซนติเมตร เส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 20 เซนติเมตร ผลิตจากพืชหรือ ใบไม้ โดยใช้ผักตบชวา มีสีดั้งเดิมจากวัสดุธรรมชาติที่ใช้ สามารถใช้ซ้ำได้ 4-5 ครั้ง และความถี่ในการซื้อ 1-2 ครั้ง/สัปดาห์ โดยระดับความคิดเห็นความต้องการ และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจของนักท่องเที่ยวต่อบรรจุภัณฑ์ทดแทนพลาสติกมากที่สุดคือ ปัจจัยด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ คือ บรรจุภัณฑ์มีความปลอดภัยต่อสุขภาพและรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อม มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.66 และจากการประเมินบริบทหรือสภาวะแวดล้อม ปัจจัยเบื้องต้นหรือปัจจัยป้อน กระบวนการ ผลผลิต และผลกระทบ ผู้วิจัยจึงเสนอรูปแบบการพัฒนานวัตกรรมบรรจุภัณฑ์ทดแทนพลาสติกอย่างยั่งยืนจากผักตบชวาสำหรับนำมาใช้ในแหล่งท่องเที่ยวอุทยานประวัติศาสตร์ตำบลตลาดใหม่ อำเภอเวิศษชัยชาญ จังหวัดอ่างทอง | th |
| dc.description.abstract | This study is integrative research. The objectives were to assess the situation and management of plastic waste, analyze the potential of developing innovative models for the development of sustainable plastic replacement packaging and tourist demand for plastic replacement packaging, and to propose innovative models for plastic waste management. Develop sustainable plastic replacement packaging in historical park attractions, Talat Mai Subdistrict, Wiset Chai Chan District, Ang Thong Province. The study method consisted of observations, interviews and focus groups with administrators, community leaders and those responsible for plastic waste management in the Taladmai Subdistrict Administration Organization, A total of 600 cases was expected to travel to the Tambon Talad Mai Historical Park and nearby areas. The study was randomly selected by random sampling. Analyze primary data and Secondary were using the CIPPI Model as a framework for proposing innovative packaging solutions that can replace problem plastics. The study found that people in most areas sort plastic waste to be sold. Waste that cannot be sell, people may be putting plastic into trash to wait for the garbage truck hired by Talatmai Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The human potential in the development of packaging to replace plastic in Talat Mai Sub-district is elderly group. The budget, there is no budget in managing plastic waste at the beginning because Talat Mai Sub-district has a small area. Therefore, funding from external agencies should be sought. materials and equipment. The material used is water hyacinth due to its large volume and affects the drainage of the area. There is no budget for purchasing a packaging forming machine. There is training on the birth cycle and the negative impacts of plastic waste. including the production of water hyacinth dishes. According to the study of the needs of tourists in packaging to replace plastic. It was found that the required packaging was a deep dish with a height of 4 centimeters and a diameter of 20 centimeters.
