    Instructional Design that Affect Learning Effectiveness  through Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs)  of the Generation Y Workers in Bangkok

    The objectives of this research were to analyze the structural designs, contributing factors, learning data, and overall benefits of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) for Generation Y people in Bangkok. This survey research was based on both quantitative and qualitative  data. The sample consisted of 355 people employed in Bangkok and born between 1981 and 1999.
