    This research aims to 1) study the level of organizational innovation climate, harmonious work passion and innovative work behavior 2) study the relationship between organizational innovation climate, harmonious work passion and innovative work behavior and 3) study the mediating role of harmonious work passion on the relationship between organizational innovation climate and innovative work behavior of Thai commercial bank employees.
