    THE ELEMENTS OF TOURIST SATISFACTION AND LOYALTY WITH CULTURAL/HERITAGE SITES: EVIDENCE FROM AYUTTHAYA

    This study aims to analyze the factors of tourists’ motivation, expectations, and satisfaction by establishing a theoretical model to quantify their joint impact on the tourists’ loyalty.
