Si Kew Learning Center in Nakhon Ratchasima is the first NIDA’s learning center which has its own buildings.With the official permission of the Mittrapab Sub-district Council, one to three batches of alumni of the Graduate School of Public Administration (GSPA) in Nakhon Ratchasima proposed to construct a new building on a plot of public land. สถาบันได้เปิดมิติใหม่ทางการศึกษาในปี พ.ศ.2530 เมื่อคณะรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์เปิดหลักสูตรปริญญาโทภาคพิเศษสำหรับนักบริหาร ทำการสอนนอกเวลาราชการเพื่อให้ผู้ที่ไม่สามารถมาเรียนในเวลาปกติได้มีโอกาสศึกษาต่อในปีต่อมา คณะต่างๆ ได้เปิดการเรียนการสอนภาคพิเศษในกรุงเทพมหานครมากขึ้น -

ในยุคเริ่มต้นของการก่อตั้งสถาบันมีหน่วยราชการไม่กี่แห่งที่ฝึกอบรมนักบริหารระดับสูงซึ่งสถาบันดำเนินการฝึกอบรมโดยคณะและสำนักในสาขาวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้องใน พ.ศ.2555 สมเด็จพระเทพรัตนราชสุดาฯสยามบรมราชกุมารี ได้พระราชทานชื่อใหม่แก่สำนักฝึกอบรมว่า "สำนักสิริพัฒนา” หมายถึง สำนักที่มีหน้าที่จัดการพัฒนาอันดียิ่งเป็นสิริมงคลอย่างหาที่เปรียบมิได้แก่สถาบัน และเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกคน -

ค่าFTคำนวณค่าไฟฟ้าด้วยราคาเป็นธรรม

ในอดีตการไฟฟ้าคิดอัตราค่าไฟฟ้าจากต้นทุนการผลิตและกำไรโดยมีมติคณะรัฐมนตรีประกาศขึ้นค่าไฟฟ้าทุกครั้งแต่ในทศวรรษ2520ราคาน้ำมันในตลาดโลกสูงขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วส่งผลให้ประเทศไทยต้องประกาศขึ้นค่าไฟฟ้าหลายครั้งรศ.ดร.วิชิตหล่อจีระชุณห์กุลและรองศาสตราจารย์ดร.ธีระพงษ์วิกิตเศรษฐได้เสนอสูตรการปรับอัตราค่าไฟฟ้าโดยอัตโนมัติ(Ft)ซึ่งเป็นวิธีการคำนวณที่ปรับเปลี่ยนไปตามต้นทุนที่แท้จริงเพื่อให้สามารถปรับค่าไฟฟ้าได้ทันการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วของราคาเชื้อเพลิง
