A Study of Components Affecting Network Collaboration of Thung Yee Peng Community Tourism, Koh Lanta District, Krabi Province

Abstract

This research is to study the components affecting network collaboration of Thung Yee Peng community tourism, Koh Lanta District, Krabi province with the following objectives 1. To study the elements affecting network collaboration of Thung Yee Peng community tourism. 2.To study the way of life of Thung Yee Peng community Management between networks and tourism planning frameworks affecting network collaboration of Thung Yee Peng community tourism 3. To study. To study the constituent model and network collaboration mechanism of Thung Yee Peng community tourism. The researcher used an integrated research methodology. In other words, it combines two types of research: Quantitative research and qualitative research are combined. The first objective study is qualitative research. The tools used in the research were Semi-structured interview which is an open-ended question There were 3 groups of representatives to interview the study data, namely representatives from government agencies. private sector representative and community representatives, a total of 9 people, and the second objective is quantitative research A questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample population of 300 people in Thung Yeepeng Community, Village No. 4, Saladan Sub-district, Koh Lanta District, Krabi Province, using multiple regression analysis. Two-step least-squares mode To analyze the data to determine what elements affect the network collaboration of community tourism.

The results of the study can be divided according to research objectives. From research objective number 1, it was found that 1) sustainability 2) network management and 3) community-based tourism plans. is a component that affects network collaboration of Thung Yee Peng community tourism And from the second objective study, it was found that sustainability, inter-network management, and community-based tourism plan framework It has a positive direct influence (Main Effect) on the tourism network collaboration of Thung Yee Peng community. There was a statistically significant and interaction effect between independent variables affecting network cooperation : 1) Sustainability influences inter-network management. This affects the collaboration of the Thung Yee Peng community tourism network. 2) Inter-network management influences community-based tourism plans This affects the collaboration of the Thung Yee Peng community tourism network. 3) Sustainability inter-network management and community-based tourism plans This affects the collaboration of the Thung Yee Peng community tourism network. mutual influence And as for the results of the study according to objective number 3, it was found that by the network collaboration process model in the development of Thung Yee Peng community tourism. การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาองค์ประกอบที่มีผลต่อความร่วมมือแบบเครือข่ายของการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนทุ่งหยีเพ็ง อ.เกาะลันตา จ.กระบี่ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1.เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบที่มีผลต่อความร่วมมือแบบเครือข่ายของการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนทุ่งหยีเพ็ง 2.เพื่อศึกษาวิถีชีวิตของชุมชนทุ่งหยีเพ็ง การจัดการระหว่างเครือข่ายและแผนการท่องเที่ยวที่ส่งผลต่อความร่วมมือแบบเครือข่ายของการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนทุ่งหยีเพ็ง 3.เพื่อศึกษา.เพื่อศึกษาโมเดลเชิงองค์ประกอบและกลไกความร่วมมือแบบเครือข่ายของการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนทุ่งหยีเพ็ง ผู้วิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กล่าวคือการผนวกรวมการวิจัยสองรูปแบบคือ การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เข้าด้วยกัน โดยในการศึกษาวัตุประสงค์ที่ 1 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงเชิงคุณภาพ ที่ใช้เครื่องมือในการวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง ซึ่งเป็นข้อคำถามปลายเปิด โดยมีตัวแทนในการให้สัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลการศึกษา จำนวน 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ตัวแทนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ตัวแทนภาคเอกชน และตัวแทนภาคชุมชน รวมทั้งหมด 9 คน และในวัตถุประสงค์ที่ 2 เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากประชากรตัวอย่างในชุมชนทุ่งหยีเพ็ง หมู่ที่ 4 ต.ศาลาด่าน อ.เกาะลันตา จ.กระบี่ จำนวน 300 คน โดยใช้ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุ แบบวิธีกำลังสองน้อยที่สุดสองขั้นตอน เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลหาว่าองค์ประกอบใดที่ส่งผลต่อความร่วมมือแบบเครือข่ายของการท่องเที่ยวชุมชน

ผลการศึกษาสามารถแบ่งตามวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย โดยจากวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยข้อที่ 1 พบว่า 1) ความยั่งยืน 2)การจัดการระหว่างเครือข่าย และ 3) แผนการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน คือองค์ประกอบที่มีผลต่อความร่วมมือแบบเครือข่ายของการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนทุ่งหยีเพ็ง และจากการศึกษาตามวัตถุประสงค์ ที่ 2 พบว่า ความยั่งยืน การจัดการระหว่างเครือข่าย และกรอบนโยบายการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน มีอิทธิพลทางตรง(Main Effect) เชิงบวกต่อความร่วมมือแบบเครือข่ายการท่องเที่ยวของชุมชนทุ่งหยีเพ็ง อย่างมีนัยะสำคัญทางสถิติและมีอิทธิพลร่วม (Interaction Effect) ระหว่างตัวแปรอิสระที่ส่งผลต่อความร่วมมมือแบบเครือข่าย พบว่า 1) ความยั่งยืนมีอิทธิพลร่วมกับการจัดการระหว่างเครือข่าย ส่งผลต่อความร่วมมือแบบเครือข่ายการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนทุ่งหยีเพ็ง 2)การจัดการระหว่างเครือข่ายมีอิทธิพลร่วมกับแผนการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน ส่งผลต่อความร่วมมือแบบเครือข่ายการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนทุ่งหยีเพ็ง 3)ความยั่งยืน การจัดการระหว่างเครือข่าย และแผนการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน ส่งผลต่อความร่วมมือแบบเครือข่ายการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนทุ่งหยีเพ็ง มีอิทธิพลร่วมระหว่างกัน และในส่วนของผลการศึกษาตามวัตถุประสงค์ข้อที่ 3 พบว่า โดยโมเดลเชิงกระบวนการความร่วมมือแบบเครือข่ายในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนทุ่งหยีเพ็ง ประกอบด้วยแรงขับเคลื่อนจากภายในและภายนอก (Internal and External forces) โอกาสในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยว (Tourism Development Opportunities) ทำให้เกิดจุดหมายปลายทางการท่องเที่ยวชุมชน (Destination tourism community) เมื่ออิทธิพลของแรงขับเคลื่อนทั้งจากภายในและโอกาสในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวทั้งจากการจัดการระหว่างเครือข่ายและแผนการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน มีอิทธิพลทางตรงและทางอ้อมต่อความร่วมมือแบบเครือข่ายการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนทุ่งหยีเพ็ง จึงทำให้ความร่วมมือแบบเครือข่ายของการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนทุ่งหยีเพ็งเป็นจุดเด่นที่ประกอบไปด้วยการที่คนในชุมชนเห็นพ้องต้องกัน มีเป้าหมายร่วมกันรวมทั้งเป็นชุมชนที่เครือข่ายต่างๆให้ความร่วมมือ มีส่วนร่วมในการขับเคลื่อนชุมชน
