As a result, it has become necessary for teachers and practitioners to understand the different teaching methods and the perceptions students and teachers have towards such methods of tutorial schools. The present study addressed two questions. What are the teaching methods employed in and English language tutorial school, and what are the students’ and teachers’ perceptions towards such methods?. By examining the teaching methods in an EFL (English as a Foreign Language) tutorial school in Thailand. and how the teachers and learners perceive such methods; this study found that an orderly eclectic teaching method was employed, and the student’s and the teacher’ perceptions towards the method varied considerably. The result of this study suggested that there should be a combination of both traditional teaching methods and contemporary ones.87 leavesapplication/pdfengThis work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.English tutorial schoolTutors and tutoring -- ThailandEnglish language -- Study and teachingA qualitative case study of english tutorial school in Thailand : teachers' and students' perceptionstext--thesis--master thesis10.14457/NIDA.the.2015.147
