The population sample is composed of 342 traffic police officers in Bangkok’s Metropolitan Police Bureau generated from a multiple sampling technique. The study uses the methodology of a rating scale questionnaire (1-10) for SPSS correlation analysis and HLM for multilevel analysis.Findings show that three factors-individual traffic police officers, including both length of service and policy perception and understanding; police stations, including democratic leadership style; and communities, including the homicide ratehave a positive influence on the cooperation of traffic police in according with law enforcement on road safety policy implementation.
