กรัณฑ์รัตน์ ประเสริฐธนากุล2025-09-172025-09-172021https://repository.nida.ac.th/handle/123456789/7229การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานจากที่บ้าน (Work from Home) ในช่วงสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ของบุคลากรห้องสมุดเครือข่ายความร่วมมือห้องสมุดด้านประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา โดยใช้ทฤษฎีพื้นฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานจากที่บ้าน ได้แก่ ทัศนคติที่มีต่อการทำงานจากที่บ้าน บรรทัดฐานกลุ่มอ้างอิง และการรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรม ในการกำหนดกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัย และใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ตามวิธีของลิเคิร์ตเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากบุคลากรห้องสมุดเครือข่ายความร่วมมือห้องสมุดด้านประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา จำนวน 286 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสังคมศาสตร์ SPSS/PC+ (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences/Personal Computer Plus) ผลการวิจัยสรุปว่า ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานจากที่บ้าน (Work from Home) ในช่วงสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ของบุคลากรห้องสมุดเครือข่ายความร่วมมือห้องสมุดด้านประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา มีทั้งหมด 3 ด้าน คือ ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์การใช้งาน ปัจจัยด้านความเข้ากันได้และความง่ายในการใช้งาน และปัจจัยด้านทรัพยากรและเทคโนโลยีที่เอื้ออำนวยต่อการใช้งานThe purpose of this research was to study factors influencing working from home efficiency during the COVID-19 pandemic situation of personnel of Library Cooperation Network in the Educational Quality Assurance. Attitudes of working from home, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control theory were used as a framework of this study. A questionnaire using a five-level Likert scale was employed as an instrument for data collection. Population of this research was 286 personnel of Library Cooperation Network in the Educational Quality Assurance. SPSS program was used in data analysis. The statistics used included frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis.
