The research data was collected from 227 samples from two industries: 1) textile and apparel manufacturers, and 2) footwear and leather manufacturers. In terms of the organizational unit of analysis, the researcher studied and analyzed the results of interviews in order to verify the data obtained from the literature review and conducted quantitative research in order to study the causal relation of the research framework.
