Abstract
งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์ของการศึกษาเพื่อหาตัวแบบพยากรณ์ราคาการซื้อ-ขายบิทคอยน์ที่เหมาะสม โดยอาศัยปัจจัยภายนอกที่อยู่ในขอบเขตของด้านการเงิน และสินค้าโภคภัณฑ์ 5 กลุ่มใหญ่ ๆ ได้แก่ อัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศ สินทรัพย์ปลอดภัย ราคาน้ำมันดิบ ปริมาณการซื้อ-ขายบิทคอยน์ ดัชนีราคาตลาดหลักทรัพย์ และอื่น ๆ ซึ่งข้อมูลราคาบิทคอยน์ที่ใช้เป็นข้อมูลรายวันย้อนหลังตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 มกราคม พ.ศ.2559 ถึง วันที่ 31 มีนาคม พ.ศ.2561 โดยจะวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ข้อมูลต่างช่วงกัน เนื่องจากข้อมูลช่วงแรกที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์มีช่วงที่มีความผันผวนเพราะเป็นการเปิดตัวบิทคอยน์ในระยะแรก ดังนั้น ในช่วงที่สองที่จะทำการวิเคราะห์ จะใช้ข้อมูลราคาบิทคอยน์ที่เป็นข้อมูลรายวันย้อนหลังตั้งแต่วันที่ 27 ธันวาคม พ.ศ.2560 จนถึง วันที่ 31 ตุลาคม พ.ศ.2561 และใช้การวิเคราะห์ในรูปแบบสมการถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุ (Multiple linear regression) การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัย (Factor analysis) และทฤษฏี Box-Cox transformation ผลจากการศึกษา พบว่า การพยากรณ์จากตัวแบบที่ได้ในระยะยาวอาจจะไม่เหมาะสม และตัวแบบที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์มีความเหมาะสมกับลักษณะของข้อมูลที่แตกต่างกันไป นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า ดัชนีราคาตลาดหลักทรัพย์ และอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศและปริมาณการซื้อ-ขายบิทคอยน์เป็นปัจจัยร่วมที่ส่งผลต่อราคาบิทคอยน์ของการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในส่วนแรก และดัชนีราคาตลาดหลักทรัพย์จีนและเกาหลีใต้ สินทรัพย์ปลอดภัยและอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราต่างประเทศ และ ดัชนีราคาตลาดหลักทรัพย์อเมริกา แคนาดาและออสเตรเลียเป็นปัจจัยร่วมที่ส่งผลต่อราคาบิทคอยน์ของการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลในส่วนที่สอง
The objective of this research is to find a suitable model to forecast the price of buying and selling Bitcoin by using external factors that are related in the financial scope and five major groups of commodities, such as foreign exchange rates, safe assets, crude oil price, volume of buying-selling Bitcoin, stock price index and others. The bitcoin price data used is the daily data from January 1, 2016 to March 31, 2018 which the data will be analyzed by using different data stages. It is because the initial data used in the analysis is volatile as it was the first bitcoin launch. Therefore, in the second phase, the data used will be the daily bitcoin price data from December 27, 2017 to October 31, 2018 and analyzed using multiple linear regression, factor analysis and Box-Cox transformation theory. The results show that predictions from long-term models may not be appropriate. And, the model obtained from the analysis is suitable for different data characteristics, also found that stock price index and the foreign exchange rate and the amount of buying and selling of Bitcoin are the common factors that affect the Bitcoin price of the first part of data analysis. The Chinese and South Korean stock market price index safe assets, foreign exchange rates, the US, Canadian and Australian stock exchange price index, are common factors that affect the bitcoin price of data analysis in the second part.
