| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยเรื่อง วิถีอนุตตรธรรมกับการพัฒนาสังคมไทย กรณีศึกษา มูลนิธิเทิดคุณธรรม จังหวัดนครราชสีมา เป็นการศึกษาตามระเบียบวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาหลักการสำคัญของวิถีอนุตตรธรรมที่มูลนิธิเทิดคุณธรรมนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาประชาชนในสังคมไทย 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่นำไปสู่ความศรัทธาในวิถีอนุตตรธรรมของกลุ่มอาสาสมัครมูลนิธิฯ ซึ่งดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสาร การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักทั้งสิ้นจำนวน 15 คน จากการศึกษา พบว่า มูลนิธิเทิดคุณธรรมได้นำหลักการสำคัญของวิถีอนุตตรธรรมมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาให้ประชาชนในสังคมไทยในทุกรุ่นวัยได้ฟื้นฟูจิตเดิมแท้ดีงามของตนเอง ตระหนักรู้คุณค่าของชีวิตและรู้จักกำหนดชีวิตของตนให้ดำเนินไปบนพื้นฐานของคุณธรรมทั้ง 8 ประการ คือ ความกตัญญู ความสามัคคีปรองดอง ความจงรักภักดี การมีสัตยธรรม การมีจริยธรรม การมีมโนธรรมสำนึก การมีสุจริตธรรม และการมีความละอายต่อบาป โดยอาศัยการจัดชั้นอบรมศึกษาหลักธรรมเป็นแนวทางในการส่งเสริมอบรมกล่อมเกลาประชาชนให้ได้เรียนรู้ฝึกฝนพัฒนาตนและนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำรงชีวิตประจำวัน เพื่อให้สังคมไทยได้เกิดการพัฒนาไปในทางที่ดีขึ้น อาทิ การมีความรัก ความเมตตา ความเข้าใจต่อกันภายในครอบครัวเพื่อให้สมาชิกในครอบครัวอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างมีความสุข การคบหาสมาคมกับเพื่อนด้วยความจริงใจ การมีอัธยาศัยไมตรีที่ดีต่อเพื่อนบ้าน การปฏิบัติหน้าที่ด้วยความตั้งใจอย่างเต็มความสามารถในสังคมวัยทำงาน การมีจิตสาธารณะและมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม ให้ประชาชนรู้จักหลักการดูแลรักษาสุขภาพให้แข็งแรงเพื่อจะได้มีอายุวัฒนา รวมถึงการมีจิตเมตตาต่อสรรพสัตว์ทั้งหลายด้วยการไม่เบียดเบียนตนเองและผู้อื่น โดยมีเป้าหมายสูงสุดเพื่อสังคมสงบสุข โลกเป็นเอกภาพตามแนวสันติธรรม อย่างไรก็ดี หากสังคมไทยสามารถพัฒนาให้เกิดขึ้นได้ตามหลักการดังกล่าว นับว่าเป็นสิ่งที่ดีมาก แต่ในทางปฏิบัติพบว่า ยังมีความท้าทายอยู่มาก อันเนื่องมาจากปัจจัยหลายประการในสังคม อย่างไรก็ตาม มูลนิธิเทิดคุณธรรมยังคงมุ่งมั่นสืบสานปณิธานในการส่งเสริมประชาชนให้ดำเนินชีวิตด้วยคุณธรรมต่อไป โดยมีแนวร่วมภาคประชาชนที่เห็นความสำคัญและเข้ามาเป็นอาสาสมัครเพิ่มมากขึ้นในแต่ละปี สำหรับปัจจัยที่ทำให้กลุ่มบุคคลก่อเกิดความศรัทธาในวิถีอนุตตรธรรมและเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการเป็นอาสาสมัครร่วมกับมูลนิธิฯ จากการศึกษาพบว่า มีปัจัยสำคัญที่เป็นแรงจูงใจ คือ การศึกษาในชั้นอบรมจนเข้าใจในหลักธรรมและนำไปปฏิบัติในชีวิตประจำวัน เข้าใจในสัจธรรมชีวิต การที่มีความสุขมากขึ้น การเข้าใจตนเองและผู้อื่นมากขึ้น ความรู้สึกศรัทธาในธรรมะและเห็นคุณค่าของชีวิต อยากทำประโยชน์เพื่อสังคมส่วนรวมมากขึ้น ความเห็นแก่ตัวลดลง ความโลภ ความโกรธ ความหลงลดลง การรู้จักเตือนตนเตือนใจให้ระงับยับยั้งอารมณ์โทสะได้มากขึ้น การมีจิตเมตตาต่อตนเอง ต่อผู้อื่น และต่อสรรพสัตว์มากขึ้น รวมถึงความศรัทธาต่อสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ที่เชื่อว่าช่วยดลบันดาลการช่วยเหลือหนุนนำอยู่เบื้องหลัง หากตนปฏิบัติดีปฏิบัติชอบก็จะได้รับความเมตตาคุ้มครองดูแลจากสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ให้อยู่เย็นเป็นสุขและอยู่รอดปลอดภัยจากภัยพิบัติหรือสิ่งไม่ดีทั้งหลาย การเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมเป็นอาสาสมัครตามวาระและโอกาสที่ตนสะดวกในการทำความดีร่วมกับมูลนิธิฯ ก็เปรียบเสมือนเป็นการตอบแทนพระคุณพ่อแม่ บรรพบุรุษ ตอบแทนสังคมประเทศชาติบ้านเมือง เพื่อช่วยกันจรรโลงคุณธรรมความดีให้เกิดขึ้นในสังคมไทยสืบไป | th |
| dc.description.abstract | The Research on Anuttaratham and the Development of Thai Society: A Case Study of Thoed Khunnatham Foundation, Nakhon Ratchasima Province conducted through qualitative research approach with two purposes 1) To study the important principles of the Anuttaratham that the Thoed Khunnatham Foundation applies to promoting the development of people in Thai society 2) To study the factors leading to the faith in the Anuttaratham of the volunteer group. apply to the Foundation.The data was collected from the document, participatory observation and 15 key – informant in – depth interview. The research found that it was found that the Thoed Khunnatham Foundation adopted the important principles of the Anuttaratham or the way of the mind can be applied to promote and develop the Thai people of all ages to restore their original true and virtuous mind realize the value of life and know how to define their lives on the basis of 8 virtues, that is gratitude, unity, reconciliation loyalty, integrity, ethics, conscience, integrity, and shame of sin. This is based on the arrangement of the Dhamma education training class as a guideline to promote, train and educate people to learn, train, develop themselves and apply them to their daily life. This is to enable Thai society to develop for the better, such as having love, compassion, and understanding with each other within the family so that family members can live together happily. Associating with a friend with sincerity to have good courtesy to neighbors performance of duties with full determination in the working-age society, public consciousness, social responsibility let people know the principles of maintaining good health in order to have a life including having compassion for all beings by not persecuting oneself and others with the ultimate goal for a peaceful society The world is unity, peace. More compassionate towards oneself, to others and to all beings. It also includes faith in the sacred that is believed to inspire, help, and lead behind the scenes. If one behaves right, behaves like it, he will be merciful, guarded from the holy thing, to live in peace and survive from disasters or all things bad.
