| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1.เพื่อทราบสาเหตุการของการรังแกทางไซเบอร์ในสื่อออนไลน์ 2.เพื่อทราบรูปแบบการรังแกทางไซเบอร์ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ 3.เพื่อทราบผลกระทบจากการกลั่นกลั่นแกล้งทางออนไลน์จากเนื้อหาของสื่อออนไลน์ 4.เพื่อทราบแนวทางในการป้องกันกลั่นแกล้งทางออนไลน์จากการนำเสนอเนื้อหาของสื่อออนไลน์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาสาร และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยมีขอบเขตการศึกษาเป็นกรณีศึกษาการรังแกทางไซเบอร์ที่เกิดขึ้นในปี 2561 กรณีบุคคลทั่วไป 1 กรณี คือ “เจ้าบ่าวหนีงานแต่ง” และกรณีศึกษาในบุคคลมีชื่อเสียง 3 กรณี คือ กรณี “อ๊บไสไม้””แฟน เจมส์ จิ” และ “แมท - -สงกรานต์ # ไม่ย้อนแล้วจ้า” ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการรังแกทางไซเบอร์มีสาเหตุมาจาก 1.เกิดจากโครงสร้างของสังคมที่ยังไม่วิวัฒนาการมากพอจะเข้าใจ การรังแกทางไซเบอร์ 2.เกิดจากความไม่รู้เท่าทันสื่อออนไลน์ 3.เกิดจากการไม่มีกฎหมายหรือบทลงโทษที่ชัดเจน 4.เกิดจากการเอื้อประโยชน์แก่กันระหว่างสื่อมวลชนกับเหยื่อ 5.เกิดจากความรู้สึกมีสิทธิสนิทสนม 6.เกิดจากความรู้สึกว่ามีศีลธรรมที่เหนือกว่า 7.เกิดจากการที่สื่อมวลชนนำเสนอข่าวโดยไม่ยึดประโยชน์ต่อสาธารณะเป็นหลัก 8.เกิดจากการปรับแต่งเชิงสังคม (Social Custom) มีรูปแบบคือมีผู้รังแก 2 ฝ่าย คือสื่อมวลชนที่นำเสนอเนื้อหาอันเป็นการรังแกทางไซเบอร์ และบุคคลทั่วไปสร้างเนื้อหาขึ้นแล้วเผยแพร่ในแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ เป็นการรังแกด้วยเนื้อหา ผลกระทบที่เหยื่อได้รับเป็นผลกระทบต่อจิตใจ ชื่อเสียง ความสัมพันธ์ และอาชีพการงาน โดย โดยปัญหาการรังแกทางไซเบอร์สามารถแก้ไขได้ด้วย 3 ระดับ คือระดับรัฐบาลคือการบังคับใช้กฎหมาย ระดับวิชาชีพสื่อมวลชน และระดับสังคม | th |
| dc.description.abstract | The major objective of this research is to study the issue, style, and effect from cyberbullying on online media as well as guidelines to the solution at each level. This research is quality research by content analysis, a document study, and mass-communicator In-dept. interview. Scope 4 of case studies in 2018, based on the cyberbullying phenomenon. Classified as general people 1 case is the groom runaway and public figure 3 case is Aobseimai, Jame -Ji partner and Matt-Songkran. This research found that cyberbullying is caused by the norm of the Thai social structure on social point of view that affects to cyberbullying style is followed by social sanction style by being bullied with content through online media. The buller is both of general people and mass media. That is mass media will both directly to interview the victim and publish the cyberbullying content and indirectly bully by repeat to publish cyberbullying content from the internet user. For the internet user, the buller will generate content on an online platform and interact with the cyberbullying content on the platform. So, the general people and public figures whose victim is faced with a little bit different detail bullied from the Buller. the victim will have got an effect on mental health, a reputation, a relationship, and a career. On the part of guideline to solution by an interview the mass communication’s professional. They represent the guideline on 3 levels.
