| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการนำนโยบายประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาไปปฏิบัติ กรณีศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยวิจัยแห่งชาติ จำนวน 9 แห่ง คือ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี และ มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี ผู้วิจัยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่า มีปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จของการนำนโยบายประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาไปปฏิบัติ กรณีศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยวิจัยแห่งชาติ ดังนี้ 1. ปัจจัยเป้าหมายและวัตถุประสงค์ของนโยบาย 2. ปัจจัยทรัพยากรของนโยบาย 3. ปัจจัยการสื่อสารระหว่างองค์การ 4. ปัจจัยลักษณะและโครงสร้างของหน่วยงานที่นำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติ 5. ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารหน่วยงานที่นำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติ และ 6. ปัจจัยบุคลากรที่นำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติ | th |
| dc.description.abstract | This research article aims to study factors to the success of education quality assurance policy implementation: case study 9 national research universities: consist of Chulalongkorn University, Thammasat University, Kasetsart University, Mahidol University, Chiang Mai University, Khon Kaen University, Prince of Songkla University, Suranaree University of Technology and King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi. The researcher used a qualitative research model based on data from in-depth interviews. The research showed that factors to affect the success of education quality assurance policy implementation: case study 9 national research universities were as follows: 1. consists of policy goals and objectives 2. Policy Resources 3. Inter-organization communication 4.
