Abstract
Developing a model of the Healthy Tambon Project of ThaiHealth Promotion Foundation implementation, studying the health wellness sub-district project of Thai Health, and developing a model for implementing the Tambon Health Project of Thai Health. This research is qualitative. Data were collected through a Documentary Study and an in-depth interview with (1) a Person who sets the policy for the implementation of the Tambon Health Project of Thai Health and (2) Organization leaders and personnel in the Tambon Health Project of Thai Health. 2 areas (Jedeechai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Pua District, Nan Province and Banhaet Municipality, Banhaet District, Khon Kaen Province), a total of 34 persons were used to analyze the data by interpretation and data analysis by content analysis and present the research results by descriptive analysis.
The results of the research had the strengthening community by using the "P4ASSION Model" consisted of (1) a Plan of community development, (2) Participation, (3) Physical Capital, (4) Positive of Knowledge Management, (5) Agent of Change, (6) Social Capital, (7) Self-Management Community, (8) Internal Community Networking, (9) Organization and (10) Networking of External Community. Participating in supporting local government organizations to build community strength through cooperation in the area will help develop partnerships with leading organizations so that communities can strengthen the area.
