| dc.description.abstract | This research studied an effective performance management system in waste sorting of licensed waste sorting factories no. 105 and 106 in Thailand and the ways to solve pollution problems arising from waste sorting management affecting the environment. Research Data has been collected from documentary research approaches and qualitative research approaches. The waste sorting management documents have been reviewed carefully together with an in-depth interview of key informants from relevant organizations and a questionnaire for opinions from directors from licensed waste sorting factories no. 105 and 106 in Thailand, totaling 340 factories. The result proposes an effective management model in waste sorting management called “MALIWAN Model” The results revealed that the effective management methods in waste sorting of licensed waste sorting no. 105 and 106, once the operators who has been certified for quality management system standards, demonstrates the organization’s potential to be audited by standardized agencies, and led to business benefits. Organizations were distinguished from the industry in the way of solving problems and pollution caused by waste sorting management that affect the environment. Then, made the priorities of the process clear and follow the steps along with learning and improving management methods for waste sorting of factory operators. This method was effective for large plant operators but if a small factory was not certified for quality management system standards considered ineffective. Therefore, the purpose of an effective management model in waste sorting of licensed waste sorting no. 105 and 106 in Thailand or the MALIWAN model can be used as efficiency and effectiveness management tools for waste sorting. The waste factory can use as a tool for efficient and effective waste sorting management under the deep taken into account the issues that need to be analyzed in the waste sorting management process for each step according to the different contexts of environment and area of the plant site, violence in the area that may occur in the future including environmental impacts that entrepreneurs must be aware of the appropriate environmental management and must be integrated to the operational behavior and organization management system by ensuring that every aspect and every activity was consistent and linked to each other. | th |
| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการการบริหารจัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการคัดแยกขยะของผู้ประกอบการโรงงาน 105 และ 106 ในประเทศไทยและศึกษาแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหามลภาวะที่เกิดขึ้นจากการบริหารจัดการคัดแยกขยะที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยการศึกษาจากเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการคัดแยกขยะและการสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นจากผู้ประกอบการโรงงาน 105 และ 106 ในประเทศไทยจำนวน 341 โรงงาน เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการคัดแยกขยะของผู้ประกอบการโรงงาน 105 และ 106 ในประเทศไทย ผลการวิจัย พบว่า วิธีการบริหารจัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการคัดแยกขยะของผู้ประกอบ การโรงงาน 105 และ 106 ในประเทศไทยนั้น ถ้าผู้ประกอบการโรงงานที่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานระบบการบริหารงานคุณภาพ แสดงให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพขององค์กรที่ได้รับการตรวจสอบจากหน่วยงานที่ได้มาตรฐาน และนำไปสู่ผลประโยชน์ทางธุรกิจ องค์กรมีความโดดเด่นจากกลุ่มธุรกิจเดียวกัน แนวทางในการแก้ปัญหาและมลภาวะที่เกิดจากการบริหารจัดการคัดแยกขยะที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม การลำดับความสำคัญในการจัดการคัดแยกขยะ ควรพัฒนาจากแนวคิดด้านสาธารณสุข ซึ่งให้ความสำคัญกับการป้องกันมากกว่าการรักษา จากนั้นลำดับความสำคัญของกระบวนการให้ชัดเจน และพึงปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอน พร้อมกับการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาปรับปรุง วิธีการบริหารจัดการคัดแยกขยะของผู้ประกอบการโรงงาน วิธีการนี้ถือว่ามีประสิทธิภาพสำหรับผู้ประกอบการโรงงานขนาดใหญ่ แต่ถ้าเป็นผู้ประกอบโรงงานขนาดเล็กและโรงงานที่ไม่ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพ ถือว่าไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ ดังนั้น การนำเสนอรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการคัดแยกขยะของผู้ประกอบการโรงงาน 105 และ 106 ในประเทศไทย หรือ MALIWAN Model โดยรวมแล้วผู้ประกอบการสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการบริหารจัดการคัดแยกขยะให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลได้ เพียงแต่ ผู้ประกอบการจะต้องคำนึงถึงประเด็นที่ต้องวิเคราะห์ในกระบวนการบริหารจัดการคัดแยกขยะของแต่ละขั้นตอนที่แตกต่างกันไป บริบทของแต่ละโรงงานที่แตกต่างกัน ตามสภาพแวดล้อมและพื้นที่ของที่ตั้งโรงงานนั้น ๆ ปัญหา ความรุนแรงในพื้นที่ ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต รวมถึงผลกระทบทางด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ที่ผู้ประกอบการจะต้องตระหนักให้มากในเรื่องของการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสม และต้องดำเนินการแบบบูรณาการไปพร้อม ๆ กันทั้งด้านที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรและเกี่ยวข้องกับระบบการบริหารจัดการองค์กร โดยให้ทุกด้าน ทุกกิจกรรม สอดคล้อง เชื่อมโยง ซึ่งกันและกัน | th |
