Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อดีจิทัล การเข้าถึงสื่อดิจิทัล
ระดับการู้สื่อดิจิทัล และะดับการับรู้อิทธิพลด้านลบของสื่อดิจิทัลต่อเจเนอเรชั่นวายและ
เจเนอเรชั่นแซด โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม โดยมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นกลุ่มเจเนอเรชั่นวายและเจเนอเรชั่นเซดที่ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายถึงระดับปริญญาตรีในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑลที่มีอายุ 15-24 ปี จำนวน 400 คน เป็นผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเยาวชนส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 15-18 ปี โดยเป็นเจเนเรชั่นแซด การศึกษาอยู่ระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย/ปวช. โดยมีรายได้ครอบครัวต่อเดือนเฉลี่ย 10,00 1-20,000 บาท และมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้สื่อดิจิทัลมากกว่า 4 ปี โดยเมื่อจำแนก
ออกเป็นกลุ่มตามช่วงอายุของเจเนอเรชั่น ในกลุ่มตัวอย่างเจเนอเรชั่นแซดมีจำนวนมากกว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างเจเนอเรชั่นวาย โดยรวมมีการใช้สื่อดีจิทัลอยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่ง เฟชบุ๊ค ยังเป็นประเภทสื่อดิจิทัลที่มีความนิยมสูงสุด และเจเนอเรชั่นวายเป็นกลุ่มที่มีพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อดีจิทัลมากกว่ากลุ่มเจเนอเรชั่นแซด โทรศัพท์มือถือเป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้มากที่สุดและส่วนใหญ่เชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตจากการใช้สัญญาณ WIFI จากที่พัก ในด้านการู้สื่อดิจิทัล พบว่า กลุ่มเจเนอเรชั่นวายมีระดับการรับรู้ทักษะมากกว่ากลุ่มเจเนอเรชั่นแซดในทุกทักษะ ยกเว้นทักษะการประเมินเนื้อหาสารโดยทั้ง 2 เจเนอเรชั่นมีการรับรู้ทักษะในการู้สื่อมากที่สุดคือ เข้าถึงสื่อดิจิทัล รองลงมาเป็นทักษะการวิเคราะห์สื่อดิจิทัล ส่วนอันดับ 3 ของเจเนอเรชั่นวาย คือ การรับรู้ทักษะการมีส่วนร่วม ในขณะที่เจเนอเรชั่นแซด คือทักษะการประเมินเนื้อหาสาร ซึ่งโดยรวมมีการรับรู้ทักษะด้าน การรู้สื่อดิจิทัลอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านการรับรู้อิทธิพลด้านลบของสี่อดิจิทัส พบว่าเจเนอเชั่นวายมีระดับการับรู้อิทธิพลด้านลบของสื่อดิจิทัลด้านอันตรายจากการสื่อสาร และด้านสุขภาพร่างกายมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือด้านการศึกษา/ความรู้ และด้านครอบครัว ในขณะที่เจเนอเรชั่นแซดมีระดับการรับรู้อิทธิพลด้านลบของสื่อติจิทัลในด้านอันตรายจากการสื่อสารมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการศึกษา/ความรู้ และด้านสุขภาพร่างกาย โดยทั้ง 2 เจเนอเรชั่นมีระดับการรับรู้อิทธิพลด้านลบของสื่อติจิทัสในด้านการเรียนน้อยที่สุด และเจเนอเรชั่นวายยังมีระดับการรับรู้จิทธิพลด้านลบของสื่อดิจิทัสในทุกด้าน คือ ด้านการศึกษา/ความรู้ ด้านอันตรายจาก
การสื่อสาร ด้านครอบครัว ด้านการเรียน และด้านสุขภาพร่างกาย มากกว่าเจเนอเรชั่นแซดยกเว้นด้านความบันเทิง ที่เจเนอเรชั่นแชดมีระตับการรับรู้อิทธิพลด้านลบของสื่อดีจิทัลมากกว่าเจเนอเรชั่นวาย นอกจากนี้ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานพบว่า เยาวชนที่มี เจเนอเรชั่น การศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการใช้สื่อดิจิทัลต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อดิจิทัลที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยพบว่าเยาวชนส่วนใหญ่ที่ใช้สื่อดิจิทัลเป็นกลุ่มเจเนอเรชั่นแซด ที่มีการศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย/ปวช. และมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้สื่อดิจิทัลมากกว่า 4 ปีขึ้นไปที่มีความบ่อยครั้งในการเข้าใช้งานสื่อติจิทัลมากที่สุด และเยาวชนที่มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้สื่อดิจิทัลต่างกันมีการู้สื่อดิจิทัลที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5 โดยพบว่าเยาวชนส่วนใหญ่ที่ใช้สื่อดิจิทัลมีประสบการณ์ในการใช้สื่อดิจิทัลมากกว่า 4 ปี ขึ้นไปทำให้มีทักษะในการรู้สื่อติจิทัลมากกว่าผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้สื่อดิจิทัลที่น้อยกว่า 4 ปี
This research had objectives to study behaviors of digital media usages, digital media access at the literacy level, and the perceptions of negative influences of digital media on people in generation Y and generation Z. The study was conducted in a quantitative research methodology, which was design as a survey questions. The sample group were 15-24-year-old generation Y and generation Z people who were high school students and university students in Bangkok metropolitan region; the totally was 400 people. The research found that most people in the sample group were 15-18-year-old female who were from the generation Z. They were high school and vocational certificate students who have the average of households’ incomes were 10,001-20,000 baht, and they had experiences with digital media more than four years. If separating the samplegroup by generations, there were people from generation Z more than generation Y. Overall, they always use digital media. Facebook was the most popular digital media,and the generation Y had behaviors that used digital media more than the generation Z. Smartphones were used the most, and most of people used them to connect the internetby using WIFI from accommodations. About digital media literacy, people from generation Y had perceptions on digital media skills more than generation Z in everyskill, except the content evaluation.The skill that both generation had perceptions the most was digital media access. The second one was content analysis skills. The third skill of the generation Y was the skill of participation, but the generation Z was the content evaluation. Overall, they had perceptions on digital media skills in the high level. About the negative influences of digital media, the generation Y had perceptions on dangers with come from communication and health the most. The second one was the¬ education and the family. On the other hand, the generation Z had perceptions on dangers with come from communication the most, the second one was the education, the family, and health. Both generations had the lowest aware level of negative influences on the study. Peoplefrom the generation Y also had the perceptions of negative influences from digital media on every side, which was the education, dangers with come from communication, the family, the study, and health more than the generation Z, except the entertainment side that people from the generation Z had the perceptions on negative influences more than the generation Y. Furthermore, results from the hypothesis testing found that youths who had different generations, education levels, and experiences in digital media usages had digital media usage behaviors differently at a statistical significance level .05. Youths who use digital media the most were people from the generation Z, and they were high school and vocational certificate students. They had a digital media usage experience more than four years. They used digital media the most. Youths who had different digital media usage experiences had digital media literacy levels differently at a statistical significance level .05. Youths who had a digital media usage experience more than four years would have skills in digital media literacy more than youths who had digital media usage experiences less than four years.
