| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน โรงเรียนนายเรือทั้งปัจจัยส่วนตัวนักเรียนและปัจจัยทางการศึกษา เพื่อให้ทราบปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนนายเรือ ทั้งในด้านเกรดที่ศึกษาและด้านภาวะผู้นําโดยทั้ง 2 ด้านนี้มีความสําคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อนักเรียนนายเรือ เนื่องจากเป็ นการพัฒนาและปูพื้นฐานให้นักเรียนนายเรือทุกนายมีความรู้ คู่คุณธรรม เพื่อเป็ นกองกาลังที่เข้มแข็งของประเทศชาติและพัฒนา ํประเทศต่อไป โดยการศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนนายเรือ ในครั้งนี้ เก็บข้อมูลจากนักเรียนนายเรือที่ศึกษาประจําปี การศึกษา 2558 ตั้งแต่ชั้นปี ที่ 2ถึงชั้นปี ที่ 5จํานวน 282 นาย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนนายเรือด้านเกรดเฉลี่ย คือ เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมจากโรงเรียนเตรียมทหาร แรงจูงใจใฝ่ สัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียน และปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนนายเรือด้านภาวะผู้นํา คือ เจตคติของการเรียน และแรงจูงใจใฝ่ สัมฤทธิ์ในการเรียนผลการศึกษาบ่งชี้ว่าผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนนายเรือได้รับอิทธิพลจากปัจจัยด้านตัวนักเรียน ทั้งปัจจัยภายนอก (เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมจากโรงเรียนเตรียมทหาร) และปัจจัยภายใน(เจตคติของการเรี ยน และแรงจูงใจใฝ่ สัมฤทธิ์) แต่กลับพบว่าปัจจัยด้านการจัดการศึกษา(ประกอบด้วย เนื้อหาหลักสูตร ครูผู้สอน เพื่อนร่วมชั้นเรียน และสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวก) ไม่มีผลต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนนายเรือ ด้วยเหตุนี้เองเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพและผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนนายเรือ หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจึงควรส่งเสริมปัจจัยด้านตัวนักเรียนนายเรือเอง เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาศักยภาพของนักเรียนนายเรือให้เป็ นทรัพยากรของกองทัพเรือที่เข้มแข็งและปกครองประเทศต่อไป คําสําคัญ: ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ภาวะผู้นํา นักเรียนนายเรือ โรงเรียนนายเรือ | th |
| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to study the factors affecting learning achievement of naval cadets. This research was performed to identify the factors that affect naval cadets’ learning achievement in terms of grade point average (GPA) and leadership. Those two parts of learning achievement are important to naval cadets, because it is important to develop and cultivate both knowledge and virtue for the naval cadets who would become the army force for the Royal Thai Navy. Researcher collected data from the second-year to the fifth-year naval cadets using questionnaire. In total, therewere 282 cadets responding to the questionnaire.This research reveals the factors that affected learning achievement, namely, GPAX in PreCadet school, and education attitude. Also, this research reveals the factors that affected leadership,namely, need for achievement, and education attitude.The findings of this research reveal that learning achievement of the naval cadets was influenced by cadets’ personal factors: external factor (GPAX in Pre-Cadet school) and internal factor (need for achievement, attitudes). On the other hand, educational factors (Courses, instructors,classmates, learners and supporting elements of learning) did not influence educational achievement of the naval cadets. According to the findings, to raise the quality of education and educational achievement of naval cadets, the associated institutes should support and promote cadets’personalfactors. Also, cadets’ personal factors that relate to cadets’ learning achievement should be focused and used in the selection process, as well as training process of the school in order to develop the naval cadets’ potential, and to ensure high quality human resource of the Royal Thai Navy.
