ปัจจัยการสื่อสารที่พยากรณ์พฤติกรรมการป้องกันและรักษาโรคของประชาชน ในเขตสุขภาพเพื่อประชาชน เขตที่ 5

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยการสื่อสารที่พยากรณ์พฤติกรรมการป้องกันและรักษาโรค ของประชาชน ในเขตสุขภาพเพื่อประชาชน เขตที่ 5 โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยด้วยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) ทำการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากประชาชน ผู้รับบริการจากอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในเขตสุขภาพเพื่อประชาชน เขตที่ 5 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 305 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple regression analysis)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยการสื่อสารที่พยากรณ์พฤติกรรมการป้องกันและรักษาโรค ของประชาชน ได้แก่ ปัจจัยภาวะผู้นำทางความคิดในการสื่อสารเพื่อการป้องกันและรักษาโรคของอสม. (beta = 0.361) ปัจจัยพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพ (beta = 0.202) และปัจจัยความคาดหวังในการสื่อสารเพื่อการป้องกันและรักษาโรคของอสม. (beta = 0.322) ตามลำดับ มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 สามารถพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 63.0 (Adjusted R2 = 0.63)

ข้อเสนอแนะจากงานวิจัย หน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้อง/กำกับดูแล ควรมีการส่งเสริมกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับ การปฏิบัติงานด้านทักษะการสื่อสารของอสม.ให้มากขึ้น เพื่อให้ อสม.สามารถเป็นกระบอกเสียงกระจายข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับการป้องกันและรักษาโรคได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

The objectives of this research were to: 1) study expectation and opinion leadership factors affecting communication of village health volunteers (VHVs) in the prevention and control of communicable diseases, media exposure concerning health, and preventive health behavior and treatment among the general public; 2) study the relationship between communication factors and preventive health behavior and treatment among the general public; and 3) study communication factors predicting preventive health behavior and treatment among the 5th Area of Participatory Health Region.

The methodology of this quantitative research was survey, using questionnaires to collect data from 305 respondents who experienced village health volunteer services in the 5th Area of Participatory Health Region.

The results revealed that expectation and opinion leadership factors affecting communication of village health volunteers in the prevention and control of communicable diseases, and media exposure concerning health were significantly correlated with preventive health behavior and treatment among the general public. (R = 0.750, 0.766, and 0.574). In addition, the three communication factors could predict statistically 63 percent of preventive health behavior and treatment among people in the 5th Area of Participatory Health Region.
