| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาบุคลิกภาพเชาวน์จิตอัจฉริยะ ของพนักงานตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลลูกค้าธนาคารพาณิชย์ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสุขในการทำงานของพนักงานตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลลูกค้าธนาคารพาณิชย์ 3) เพื่อศึกษาบุคลิกภาพเชาวน์จิตอัจฉริยะที่ส่งผลต่อความสุขในการทำงานของพนักงานตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลลูกค้าธนาคารพาณิชย์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานที่ปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลลูกค้าของธนาคารพาณิชย์ที่อยู่อันดับสูงสุดในอุตสาหกรรมธนาคารของโลกด้านนายจ้างดีเด่น จัดอันดับโดยนิตยสาร Forbes ซึ่งประจำอยู่สาขาต่างๆ ในเขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 400 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ (Multiple Regression Analysis) ซึ่งผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ พบว่า 1) พนักงานตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลลูกค้าธนาคารพาณิชย์ส่วนใหญ่มีบุคลิกภาพเชาวน์จิตอัจฉริยะอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ซึ่งเป็นบุคลิกภาพแบบยึดระเบียบแบบแผนสูงที่สุด และน้อยที่สุดคือบุคลิกภาพแบบชอบงานศิลป์ 2) พนักงานตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลลูกค้าธนาคารพาณิชย์ส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความสุขในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนใหญ่มีความสุขในการทำงานด้านรักในงาน และน้อยที่สุดคือความสุขในการทำงานในด้านการเป็นที่ยอมรับ 3) บุคลิกภาพเชาวน์จิตอัจฉริยะแบบชอบสังคม แบบยึดความจริง และแบบยึดระเบียบแบบแผน มีอำนาจในการทำนายความสุขในการทำงานได้ร้อยละ 46.90 | th |
| dc.description.abstract | This survey research has three objectives. First, it examines the level of spiritual intelligence of the branch customer care officers of the commercial bank. Second, it examines the level of work happiness of the branch customer care officers of the commercial bank. Third, it examines the relationship between spiritual intelligence and work happiness. The sample of this research included 400 branch customer care officers of the commercial bank ranked on the highest in the banking industry position of the world’s best employers listed by Forbes. The statistical tools used in this study were frequency, percentage, mean standard deviation, pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The main results are as follows. 1) The level of spiritual intelligences of the branch customer care officers of the commercial bank mostly is on the high level. The highest one is the conventional personality and the lowest one is the artistic personality; 2) The level of work happiness of the branch customer care officers of the commercial bank mostly is on the high level; the highest one is the love at work and the lowest one is the recognition; and 3) The spiritual intelligences, including the social personality, the realistic personality and the conventional personality significantly predict the work happiness of the branch customer care officers of the commercial bank around 46.90 percent. | th |
