dc.description	This research has the objective to study the knowledge and abilities of the general public in dealing with cyber threats and cyber security risk assessment and were informed about what should be studied or developed knowledge skills in order to keep up to date with dangers of cyber threats that come in various forms or channels. This research has collected data from international case studies. Analysis of international benchmarks related to cyber defense to be used in the evaluation to cover personal dangers of cyber threats. The results of this research and survey from the sample group found that knowledge on prevention of dangers via social media, internet use, email security, and mobile devices usage which have to be continually developed and educated to keep up with potential cyber threats.
dc.description.abstract	งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพ่ือศึกษาเกี่ยวกับความรู้ความสามารถของบุคคลทั่วไป ในการ รับมือกับภัยทางไซเบอร์ และการประเมินความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์ และได้รับทราบ ถึงสิ่งที่ควรจะต้องทําการศึกษาหรือพัฒนาทักษะความรู้ เพื่อให้เท่าทันภัยทางไซเบอร์ที่มาในรูปแบบ ต่างๆหรือช่องทางต่างๆ การศึกษาและวิจัยนี้ได้รวบรวมข้อมูลที่เป็นกรณีศึกษาจากต่างประเทศ การวิเคราะห์เกณฑ์ มาตรฐานสากลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการป้องกันภัยทางไซเบอร์ เพื่อนํามาใช้ในการประเมิน ให้ครอบคลุมภัย ทางไซเบอร์ของแต่ละบุคคล ผลการวิจัยและสํารวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง พบว่าความรู้ในการป้องกันภัยทาง โซเชียลมีเดีย (Social Media), การใช้งานอินเตอร์เน็ต (Internet Use), ความปลอดภัยทางด้านอีเมล์ (Email Security), และ การใช้งานอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ (Mobile Devices) ยังคงเป็นสิ่งที่ต้องได้รับการพัฒนา ให้ความรู้อย่างต่อเนื่องให้เท่าทันภัยกับภัยทางไซเบอร์ที่อาจเกิดขึ้น
