| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อวิเคราะห์การเปลี่ยนแปลงทรัพยากรน้ำไหลเข้าเขื่อนภูมิพลในช่วงเวลาระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2540 ถึง 2559 การวิเคราะห์ประกอบด้วยการจำลองแนวโน้ม การคำนวณปริมาณการเปลี่ยนแปลง และการประเมินมูลค่าของปริมาณการเปลี่ยนแปลง การศึกษาพบว่า ทรัพยากรน้ำไหลเข้าเขื่อนภูมิพล จากแม่น้ำปิงซึ่งมีต้นกำเนิดจากพื้นที่ภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย มีความอุดมสมบูรณ์เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2540 – 2549 และมีความเสื่อมโทรมลงอย่างต่อเนื่องระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2550 – 2559 มูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจของความสูญเสียทรัพยากรน้ำไหลเข้าเขื่อนภูมิพลระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2550-2559 ซึ่งประมาณการจากการจำลองเส้นแนวโน้มคิดเป็นจำนวนเงินในช่วง ระหว่าง 131,628.51 ล้านบาท ถึง 184,219.00 ล้านบาท สารสนเทศมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจของความสูญเสียดังกล่าวจึงให้หลักการและเหตุผลสำหรับการจัดโปรแกรมการลงทุนเพื่อคุ้มครองธรรมชาติในพื้นที่ภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย โดยมีผลประโยชน์ตอบแทนการลงทุนใช้จ่ายสาธารณะประเมินจากการพลิกความสูญเสียทางเศรษฐกิจกลับเป็นผลได้ทางเศรษฐกิจจากการคืนสภาพความอุดมสมบูรณ์ของทรัพยากรน้ำไหลเข้าเขื่อนภูมิพล | th |
| dc.description.abstract | This research is intended to provide an analysis for the change in the quantity of water resource input of Bhumipol Dam over the period between 1997 and 2016. The analysis involves the modeling of the trend, the computation of the quantity of the changes, and the valuation of the changes. It was found that the water resource input of Bhumipol Dam drawn into the Ping River from the northern part of Thailand had been increasingly enriched between 1997 – 2006, but experienced endured degradation between 2007 – 2016. The economic value of the loss of water input into Bhumipol Dam between 2007 – 2016 is estimated to range from 131,628.51 millions of baht to 184,219.00 millions of baht. This valuation of the economic loss provides the useful information to justify the investment program for nature stewardship of the northern Thailand. The return benefit of the public investment is assessed from the reverse of such economic loss into economic gain by the enriched water resource input of Bhumipol Dam. | th |
