Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานจากที่บ้าน (Work from Home) ในช่วงสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ของบุคลากรห้องสมุดเครือข่ายความร่วมมือห้องสมุดด้านประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา โดยใช้ทฤษฎีพื้นฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทำงานจากที่บ้าน ได้แก่ ทัศนคติที่มีต่อการทำงานจากที่บ้าน บรรทัดฐานกลุ่มอ้างอิง และการรับรู้การควบคุมพฤติกรรม ในการกำหนดกรอบแนวคิดการวิจัย และใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ตามวิธีของลิเคิร์ตเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากบุคลากรห้องสมุดเครือข่ายความร่วมมือห้องสมุดด้านประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา จำนวน 286 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสังคมศาสตร์ SPSS/PC+ (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences/Personal Computer Plus)
ผลการวิจัยสรุปว่า ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานจากที่บ้าน (Work from Home) ในช่วงสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ของบุคลากรห้องสมุดเครือข่ายความร่วมมือห้องสมุดด้านประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา มีทั้งหมด 3 ด้าน คือ ปัจจัยด้านการรับรู้ถึงประโยชน์การใช้งาน ปัจจัยด้านความเข้ากันได้และความง่ายในการใช้งาน และปัจจัยด้านทรัพยากรและเทคโนโลยีที่เอื้ออำนวยต่อการใช้งาน
