แนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนแบบมีส่วนร่วม กรณีศึกษา ชุมชนบ้านท่าดินแดง อำเภอท้ายเหมือง จังหวัดพังงา

Abstract

งานวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ประเมินศักยภาพการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวของชุมชนบ้านท่าดินแดง อำเภอท้ายเหมือง จังหวัดพังงา 2) ประเมินระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนบ้านท่าดินแดง อำเภอท้ายเหมืองจังหวัดพังงา และ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนแบบมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนบ้านท่าดินแดง อำเภอท้ายเหมือง จังหวัดพังงา งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ใช้แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เป็นเครื่องมือการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสมาชิกของชุมชนบ้านท่าดินแดง จำนวน 300 คน และตัวแทนผู้มีบทบาทการพัฒนาชุมชนบ้านท่าดินแดง อำเภอท้ายเหมือง จังหวัดพังงา จำนวน 3 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ (Frequency) ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standare Deviation: SD) สถิติ t-test และ สถิติ F-test (One Way ANOVA) ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน และวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาด้วยวิธีวิเคราะห์แบบอุปนัยและสรุปแบบบรรยาย

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ศักยภาพการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวของชุมชนบ้านท่าดินแดง อยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านความดึงดูดใจของแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ด้านความปลอดภัย ด้านความพร้อมของบุคลากร ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ด้านการเข้าถึงแหล่งท่องเที่ยว และด้านที่พัก ตามลำดับ 2) การมีส่วนร่วมของคนในชุมชนบ้านท่าดินแดง อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ ด้านการรับประโยชน์ ด้านการดำเนินงาน/กิจกรรม ด้านการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและสาเหตุของปัญหา ด้านการติดตามและประเมินผล และด้านการวางแผน ตามลำดับ 3) แนวทางในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยการส่งเสริมให้มีส่วนร่วมในด้าน 1) ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์2) ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร 3) ด้านความปลอดภัย 4) ด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎกติกาที่ได้ตกลงร่วมกัน 5) ด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า 1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านอายุ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส และรายได้ต่อเดือนต่างกัน มีระดับความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อศักยภาพการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวของชุมชนบ้านท่าดินแดง อำเภอท้ายเหมือง จังหวัดพังงาต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลทุกด้านต่างกัน มีระดับความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อศักยภาพการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวของชุมชนบ้านท่าดินแดง อำเภอท้ายเหมือง จังหวัดพังงา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The objectives of this study were 1) to assess the tourism management potential of the Ban Tha Din - Daeng community, Thai Mueang district, Phang Nga province, 2) to assess the participation level of the Ban Tha Din - Daeng community, Thai Mueang district, Phang Nga province, and 3) to propose the guideline of participatory community-based tourism development of the Ban Tha Din – Daeng community, Thai Mueang district, Phang Nga province. It is a Mixed Methods Research by questionnaires and interviews as tools. The sample consisted of 300 respondents and 3 representatives in the Ban Tha Din - Daeng, Thai Mueang district, Phang Nga province. The used statistics were used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standare Deviation: SD, t-test and F-test for hypothesis testing and the content was analyzed by inductive analysis and description summarizing.

The research results were as follows: 1) The potential of tourism management was at a high level, including tourist attractions, safety, personnel readiness, facilities, access, and accommodation, respectively, 2) The participation of people in the community was at the average level, including benefits, operations/activities, problem and cause analysis, monitoring and evaluation, and planning, respectively, 3) The tourism development guidelines of the cooperative community had promoted participation in 1) public relations 2) personnel development 3) safety 4) compliance with mutual agreements 5) conservation of natural resources. The hypothesis results found that 1) the different personal factors of age, education, marital status and monthly income had different opinion level on tourism management potential of the Ban Tha Din - Daeng community, Thai Mueang district, Phang Nga province with statistically significant at the .05, 2) All aspects of different personal factors had different opinion level on tourism management potential of the Ban Tha Din - Daeng community, Thai Mueang district, Phang Nga province with statistically significant at the .05.
