ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการดำเนินงาน GREEN & CLEAN Hospital Challenge ในโรงพยาบาลสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การศึกษานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากร ในการดำเนินงาน GREEN & CLEAN Hospital Challenge ในโรงพยาบาลสมุทรปราการ โดยเก็บข้อมูลในการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณด้วยแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นจากบุคลากร ในโรงพยาบาลสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 120 คน และการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์ ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องระดับนโยบาย นำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ T-test, F-test และ Correlation analysis ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคลของกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุอยู่ในช่วง Gen Y มีระดับการศึกษาสูงสุดปริญญาตรี มีสายงานเป็น Non-clinic ตำแหน่งพนักงานกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ช่วงระยะเวลาในการทำงานมากกว่า10 ปี และมีช่วงรายได้น้อยกว่า 10,000 บาท ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐานชี้ให้เห็นว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่แตกต่างกัน ไม่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรม การมีส่วนร่วมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.1 ด้านการรับรู้ ข้อมูลข่าวสาร พบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ มาจากการประชาสัมพันธ์ของหน่วยงาน เช่น บอร์ดข้อมูลข่าวสาร ด้านความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทัศนคติที่แตกต่างกัน ล้วนส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงาน GREEN & CLEAN Hospital Challenge ในโรงพยาบาลสมุทรปราการ ที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ 0.1 โดยบุคลากรมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทัศนคติที่เหมาะสมในระดับสูง จะมีพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับสูง

This study aims to investigate factors influencing personnel participation in the GREEN & CLEAN Hospital Challenge at Samut Prakan Hospital. The study employed a quantitative approach by collecting data through a questionnaire from 120 hospital personnel. A qualitative approach was also used, involving interviews with three policy-level stakeholders. The data were analyzed using statistical methods, including frequency, percentage, descriptive statistics, and inferential statistics such as T-test, F-test, and Correlation analysis. The study found that the majority of the sample population were female, aged within the Gen Y range, with a bachelor's degree as their highest education level. Most held non-clinical positions as Ministry of Public Health employees, had more than 10 years of work experience, and earned less than 10,000 Baht. Hypothesis testing indicated that different personal factors did not have a statistically significant effect on participation behavior at the 0.1 level. In terms of information perception, the primary source was found to be departmental public relations, such as information boards. Differences in knowledge, understanding, and attitudes all had a statistically significant effect on participation behavior in the GREEN & CLEAN Hospital Challenge at Samut Prakan Hospital at the 0.1 level. Personnel showed a high level of appropriate knowledge, understanding, and attitudes, and their participation behavior was also at a high level.
