| dc.description.abstract | งานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาบริษัทให้ได้มาตรฐานอุตสาหกรรมสีเขียวระดับที่ 4 โดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์หาช่องว่าง (Gap Analysis) การนำเกณฑ์กำหนดของอุตสาหกรรมสีเขียวระดับที่ 4 ตามข้อกำหนดของกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม มาเปรียบเทียบกับการดำเนินงานด้านอุตสาหกรรมสีเขียวของบริษัทที่ได้ดำเนินการสำเร็จในปัจจุบัน เพื่อวิเคราะห์หาช่องว่างที่เกิดขึ้น และนำเสนอแนะแนวทางในการปรับปรุงแก้ไข ซึ่งการศึกษาจะทำการเก็บข้อมูล การทบทวนเอกสาร การสังเกตการณ์ และการสัมภาษณ์ สำหรับผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ของหน่วยงานภาครัฐและท้องถิ่น ผู้บริหาร พนักงานของสถานประกอบการ ผู้นำชุมชนและประชาชนบริเวณรอบสถานประกอบการ จำนวน 40 คน ในวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ทำโดยการตรวจสอบแบบสามเส้า วิเคราะห์บริบทองค์กร โดยการใช้ SWOT Analysis และทำการกำหนดกลยุทธ์โดยการใช้ TOWS Matrix เพื่อการผลักดันบริษัทให้ประสบความสำเร็จในอุตสาหกรรมสีเขียว ระดับที่ 4 ผลการศึกษา พบว่า บริษัทได้ปฏิบัติตามเกณฑ์กำหนดอย่างครบถ้วนใน 3 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1) กระบวนการสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กร 2) การเคารพต่อหลักนิติธรรม และ 3) การปฏิบัติตามแนวทางสากล องค์กรมีจุดอ่อนที่ไม่สามารถผลักดันโครงการอุตสาหกรรมสีเขียวได้สำเร็จ คือ ด้านปัญหาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมจากกระบวนการผลิต โอกาสที่พบ คือ หน่วยงานภาครัฐเข้ามาสนับสนุน เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาข้อร้องเรียนในประเด็นด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ดังนั้นกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร คือ กลยุทธ์เชิงพัฒนาโดยการขอความช่วยเหลือสนับสนุนจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ในการป้องกันแก้ไขปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมจากกระบวนการผลิตและส่งบุคลากรเข้าอบรมพัฒนาให้มีความรู้ และทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เกิดจากกระบวนการผลิต | th |
| dc.description.abstract | This qualitative research aimed to study the development guideline for Green Industry Level 4 by using gap analysis method. The research methodology includes document review, observation, and interview with interested parties from government sector, public sector, and entrepreneurial employee for 40 persons. The method for collecting qualitative data were analyzed by using triangulation of data analysis techniques, SWOT Analysis and TOWS Matrix to determine. Furthermore, the case study was compiled with the Green Industry Level 4 criteria of the Ministry of Industry. The result of evaluation illustrated that the company achieved Green Industry level 4 in 3 issues as follows 1) Organizational Culture Process 2) Respect for the rule of law, and 3) Respect for international norms of behavior. However, the organization has a weakness point on the environmental production process issues. On the other hand, the opportunity from SWOT Analysis shows that government agencies would support the resolution of environmental issues. Therefore, the company strategic options that fit with the organization are the development strategies. These strategies show that the company needs supporting from government agencies for solving environmental pollution from production process and training staff to be competent with solving company issues. | th |
