ปัจจัยการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมสีเขียวตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง กรณีศึกษา โรงแยกก๊าซธรรมชาติระยอง บริษัท ปตท.จำกัด (มหาชน)

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมสีเขียวระดับที่ 5 ของโรงแยกก๊าซธรรมชาติระยอง บริษัท ปตท. จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยมุ่งเน้นการวิเคราะห์ความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง หลักการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และกลยุทธ์เชิงนโยบาย โครงสร้างและวัฒนธรรมองค์กร ซึ่งเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการส่งเสริมความยั่งยืนในทุกมิติ ทั้งด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และสิ่งแวดล้อมการวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร พนักงาน และพนักงานผู้ช่วย จำนวน 109 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือหลัก และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน (ANOVA) และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอยผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ อายุ อายุการทำงาน ระดับการศึกษา และสถานภาพการทำงาน มีผลต่อการรับรู้และการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมสีเขียวในหลากหลายมิติ ขณะที่เพศไม่มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มที่มีอายุงานมากหรืออยู่ในระดับบริหารมีความเข้าใจและมีพฤติกรรมที่ส่งเสริมแนวทางการดำเนินงานตามหลักการของอุตสาหกรรมสีเขียวมากกว่ากลุ่มอื่นจากผลการวิจัยเสนอให้มีการสื่อสารนโยบายด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างเหมาะสมกับกลุ่มพนักงานในระดับต่าง ๆ ส่งเสริมการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเกี่ยวกับปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง ออกแบบแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ที่สอดคล้องกับบริบทของอุตสาหกรรม และเปิดโอกาสให้พนักงานทุกระดับมีส่วนร่วมในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรไปสู่เป้าหมายการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมสีเขียวระดับสูงสุดอย่างแท้จริง

This research aimed to study the factors influencing the development of Green Industry Level 5 at the Rayong Gas Separation Plant, PTT Public Company Limited. The study focused on the integration of the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy and principles of sustainable development with organizational mechanisms namely policies, structure, and culture as key drivers of sustainability in economic, social, and environmental dimensions. A quantitative research method was applied with a sample group of 109 participants, including executives, employees, and assistant staff. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis. The findings revealed that age, length of service, education level, and employment status significantly influenced employees’ perceptions and participation in green industry development, while gender showed no statistically significant difference. Those with longer work experience or higher positions demonstrated greater alignment with green practices and sustainability goals. The study recommends improving communication of environmental policies to suit different levels of employees, promoting training on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, and designing implementation strategies that fit the organizational context. Additionally, encouraging participation from all employee levels is essential to driving the organization toward achieving the highest standard of sustainable green industry.
