Abstract: |
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of opinion towards being a high-performance organization of the Rubber Authority of Thailand base on personal factors 2) to to study the relationship between external environmental factors Internal factors Job and organization related factors and human resource development and being a high-performance organization of the Rubber Authority of Thailand. 3) to study the influence of external environmental factors, Internal factors, Job and organization related factors and human resource development that results in being a high-performance organization of the Rubber Authority of Thailand 4) to propose guidelines for human resource development in driving towards the High-Performance Organization of the Rubber Authority of Thailand. Using the mixed methodology research, The samples of this study were 97. Frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-Test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product moment coefficient, and regression analysis were employed to analyze the data.
The findings are as followings;
1) The level of opinion towards being a high-performance organization of the Rubber Authority of Thailand is overall at a high level. The highest average aspect is long-term focus and the lowest mean value is the quality of the staff.
2) Various factors and human resource development have a positive relationship with being a high-performance organization.
3) Various factors and human resource development have a positive influence on being a high-performance organization of the Rubber Authority of Thailand. Except the external environment factors that have a negative influence on a high performance organization of the Rubber Authority of Thailand.
Suggestions on human resource development guidelines are: 1) Human trafficking development of the Rubber Authority of Thailand must focus on technology and innovation. 2) Human resource development must focus on individual development by creating incentives for the development of personnel Organization 4) Determine strategies and policies for managing talent. 5) Pushing the management of the work as an organization that drives continuous innovation 6) Focus on organizational development by defining strategies and planning for organizational development and change management and systematic learning management to support the change and move towards the digital age continuously. |
