| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสม มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินงานของชุมชนต้นแบบพื้นที่สุขภาวะ เขตภาษีเจริญ กรุงเทพมหานคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาชุมชนต้นแบบพื้นที่สุขภาวะ เขตภาษีเจริญ กรุงเทพมหานคร และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในการพัฒนาชุมชนต้นแบบพื้นที่สุขภาวะ เขตภาษีเจริญ กรุงเทพมหานคร การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ที่อาศัยอยู่ใน 6 ชุมชนต้นแบบ เขตภาษีเจริญ จำนวน 400 ตัวอย่าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พอยท์ไบซีเรียล ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมนส์ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์แบบถดถอยพหุคูณ ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 10 คน ลักษณะของกลุ่มตัวอย่างในงานวิจัยนี้ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 67 โดยมีอายุ 50 ปี ขึ้นไป คิดเป็นร้อยละ 37.3 มีสถานภาพสมรส คิดเป็นร้อยละ 57.3 มีระดับศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย/ปวช. คิดเป็นร้อยละ 24.5 มีอาชีพรับจ้าง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.3 และมีลักษณะที่อยู่อาศัยเป็นบ้านในที่ดินของตัวเอง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 57.0 ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่สำคัญสรุปได้ 4 ประการ ได้แก่ ประการแรก ปัจจัยด้านสังคมมี 5 ประการ โดยปัจจัยที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาพื้นที่สุขภาวะ ภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำชุมชน และทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อกิจกรรมการพัฒนาชุมชน ประการที่สอง ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยด้านสังคมร่วมกันสามารถทำนายด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงพื้นที่ ได้ร้อยละ 40.9 โดยมีตัวทำนายที่สำคัญเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ ภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำชุมชน ทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อกิจกรรมการพัฒนาชุมชน ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาพื้นที่สุขภาวะ แรงจูงใจของประชาชนในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการพัฒนา และอายุ ประการที่สาม ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยด้านสังคมร่วมกันสามารถทำนายด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงพฤติกรรม ได้ร้อยละ 47.5 โดยมีตัวทำนายที่สำคัญเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการดำเนินการ แรงจูงใจของประชาชนในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการพัฒนา ภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำชุมชน ทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อกิจกรรมการพัฒนาชุมชน และความรู้เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาพื้นที่สุขภาวะ ประการสุดท้าย ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยด้านสังคมร่วมกันสามารถทำนายความสำเร็จของการพัฒนาชุมชนต้นแบบพื้นที่สุขภาวะได้ ร้อยละ 51.6 โดยมีตัวทำนายที่สำคัญเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย คือ ภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำชุมชน แรงจูงใจของประชาชนในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการพัฒนา ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการดำเนินการ ทัศนคติของประชาชนต่อกิจกรรมการพัฒนาชุมชน และความรู้เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาพื้นที่สุขภาวะ ข้อเสนอแนะจากการศึกษา 1) ในการดำเนินงานพัฒนาชุมชนพื้นที่สุขภาวะ หน่วยงานควรศึกษาบริบทของแต่ละพื้นที่อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ เนื่องจากแต่ละพื้นที่มีข้อจำกัดแตกต่างกัน โดยเฉพาะระบบการบริหารจัดการของแต่ละชุมชน ซึ่งแต่ละพื้นที่นั้นต้องอาศัยคนในชุมชนเข้าสู่กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมอย่างแท้จริง 2) บทเรียนการพัฒนาพื้นที่สุขภาวะบริบทเมืองนี้ จะมีประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งหากได้รับการขยายผล ขยายพื้นที่ดำเนินการสู่ระดับนโยบายของกรุงเทพมหานคร ด้วยข้อเสนอที่สังเคราะห์จากบทเรียนการดำเนินงานนำร่องในเขตภาษีเจริญที่เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม | th |
| dc.description.abstract | This research was mixed method research. The three objectives of this study were: 1) To study the community operation of healthy space community development model:A case of Phasi Charoen District, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration; 2) To study the success of healthy space community development model: A case of Phasi Charoen District, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration; and 3) To study factors affecting the success of healthy space community development model: A case of Phasi Charoen District, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. For the quantitative approach, data were collected from 400 samples of population living in 6 pilot communities in Phasi Charoen District. Statistical approaches employed to analyze data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient, Point Biserial Correlation Coefficient, Spearmen’s Product Correlation Coefficient, and Stepwise Multiple Regression. For the qualitative approach, an in-depth interview from 10 key informants was conducted. The samples mostly were female (67 %), aged 50 years and up (37.5 %), married (57.3 %), graduated from high school or received vocational certificate (24.5 %), were employee (46.3 %), and were living in a house on their own land (57.0 %) The four important finding were as follows. Firstly, among five social factors, factors with high level were the knowledge of healthy space community development, the leadership of community leader, and the attitude of people towards community development activity. Secondly, individual factors and social factors, all together, could predicted the area change with 40.9%. The important predictors sorted in descending order were the leadership of community leader, the attitude of people towards community development activities, the knowledge of healthy space community development, the motivation of people for participating in community development activities, and age. Thirdly, individual factors and social factors, all together, could predicted the behavior change with 47.5%. The important predictors sorted in descending order were the level of people participation in implementation, the motivation of people for participating in community development activities, the leadership of community leader, the attitude of people towards community development activities, and the knowledge of healthy space community development. Finally, individual factors and social factors could predicted the success of healthy space community development with 51.6%. The important predictors sorted in descending order were the leadership of community leader, the motivation of people for participating in community development activities, the level of people participation in implementation, the attitude of people towards community development activities, and the knowledge of healthy space community development. Recommendations 1) For implementing of healthy space community development, responsible organizations should study the context of area because each area has different limitations, especially the community management which each area must rely on people in the community to participate in the process of community development. 2) Lessons of healthy space community development in urban context in this study will be more useful if these results can be used for policy planning in other Bangkok communities in order to assure the effective and sustainable change. | th |
