| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่องการเคลื่อนไหวทางสังคมโดยกลุ่มนักศึกษาขบวนการประชาธิปไตยใหม่ เป็นการศึกษาตามแนวทางการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาเงื่อนไขที่นำมาสู่การรวมกลุ่มของนักศึกษากลุ่มขบวนการประชาธิปไตยใหม่ 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการเคลื่อนไหวและการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มขบวนการประชาธิปไตยใหม่ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มขบวนการประชาธิปไตยใหม่ ใช้วิธีการศึกษาโดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงสื่อสารสนเทศต่าง ๆ และใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกสมาชิกกลุ่มขบวนการประชาธิปไตยใหม่เพื่อให้ได้มาซึ่งข้อมูล รวมถึงใช้วิธีการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมและการเคลื่อนไหวของขบวนการประชาธิปไตยใหม่ จากผลการศึกษาพบว่า การรวมกลุ่มของนักศึกษากลุ่มขบวนการประชาธิปไตยใหม่มีเงื่อนไขมาจากลักษณะทางด้านการเมืองและทางสังคม โดยสมาชิกกลุ่มมีแนวคิดและอุดมการณ์ทางการเมืองที่ชัดเจน โน้มเอียงไปทางแนวคิดประชาธิปไตย โดยมีจุดร่วมที่สำคัญที่สุดของกลุ่มคือ ระบบการเมืองควรเป็นไปตามกระบวนการทางการเมืองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย และไม่เห็นด้วยกับการแก้ไขปัญหาวิกฤตทางการเมืองโดยวิธีลัด และยังมองว่าการรัฐประหารเป็นการลิดรอนสิทธิและเสรีภาพขั้นพื้นฐานของคนในประเทศ รวมถึงเป็นการละเมิดและส่งผลกระทบต่อสิทธิมนุษยชนของประชาชน อีกทั้งการรัฐประหารคือหัวใจสำคัญที่นำไปสู่การไม่เป็นประชาธิปไตย ก่อให้เกิดความไม่ยุติธรรมทางสังคม ส่งผลต่อการขาดการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในสังคม รวมถึงเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงผู้ใช้อำนาจทางการเมืองโดยไม่เป็นไปตามหลักการสันติวิธี ทั้งนี้การทำงานของกลุ่มยึดหลัก 5 ประการ ได้แก่ หลักประชาธิปไตย หลักความยุติธรรม หลักการมีส่วนร่วม หลักสิทธิมนุษยชน และหลักสันติวิธี โดยการเคลื่อนไหวและการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มมีลักษณะรูปแบบที่เป็นไปตามแนวทางการเคลื่อนไหวต่อสู้ของขบวนการเคลื่อนไหวทางสังคม ที่ว่าด้วยการเคลื่อนไหวต่อสู้ตามช่องทางระบบการเมืองปกติ โดยเป็นวิธีการที่อยู่ในระดับของการยอมรับได้หรืออยู่ในบรรทัดฐานของสังคมประชาธิปไตยสมัยใหม่ เช่น การจัดเวทีเสวนาแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ระหว่างกลุ่มและเครือข่ายอื่น ๆ เกี่ยวกับประเด็นที่กลุ่มสนใจ การเดินขบวน การร่วมลงชื่อในกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งการแสดงออกเชิงสัญลักษณ์ในเชิงการต่อต้านการรัฐประหาร ทั้งนี้ยังมีการเคลื่อนไหวโดยใช้สื่อออนไลน์ เช่น Facebook Twitter และ YouTube ในการเผยแพร่สื่อและข่าวสารต่าง ๆ ของกลุ่ม รวมทั้งการจัดทำหนังสือพิมพ์ ก้าวข้าม ซึ่งเป็นเอกสารข้อมูลที่นำเสนอเกี่ยวกับผลกระทบของการทำรัฐประหาร อย่างไรก็ตาม ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มที่เกิดขึ้น มีทั้งปัจจัยภายนอกและปัจจัยภายใน โดยปัจจัยภายนอก ได้แก่ 1) การตรวจสอบและควบคุมจากรัฐบาลคสช. 2) การนำข้อมูลเท็จจากฝ่ายตรงข้ามมาโจมตี และปัจจัยภายใน ได้แก่ 1) การสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสากลที่ยังไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ 2) รูปแบบกิจกรรมไม่มีความน่าสนใจและยังไม่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ออกแบบกิจกรรมให้หลากหลาย 3) การไม่มีมวลชนในการสนับสนุนทำกิจกรรมที่มากพอ 4) การยึดวัฒนธรรมปัจเจกบุคคลที่มากเกินไปของสมาชิกในกลุ่ม และ 5) ปัญหาการใช้สื่อออนไลน์ในระยะยาว | th |
| dc.description.abstract | The study of Social Movements of The Student Group Called “New Democracy Movement” is a study according to the qualitative research guidelines. It has three objectives: 1) to study the conditions leading to the integration of students in the New Democracy Movement 2) to study the movement and operation of the New Democracy Movement and 3) to study the problems and obstacles in the Operation of the New Democracy Movement. Using the study method by collecting data from relevant research papers. Including various information media and using in-depth interviews with members of the New Democracy Movement to obtain information. Including participatory and non-participating observation in the activities and movements of the New Democracy Movement. According to the study results, it was found that the union of the students of the New Democracy Movement is conditional on both political and social aspects. The members of the group have political ideas and ideologies that are inclined towards democracy. There is an important common point that the political system should follow the democratic political process. And disagree with solving political problems through shortcuts. The coup was the deprivation of fundamental rights and freedoms of the people of the country. Including a violation and affecting the human rights of the people. Causing social injustice resulting in the lack of participation of people in society including changing the use of political power without peaceful means. The work of the group is based on five principles: democracy, justice, participation, human rights, and the principle of peaceful means. The movement and operations of the group have a pattern that follows the fighting movements of the social movement. About the movement of fighting along the channels of the normal political system. It is an acceptable method of following the norms of a modern democratic society, such as organizing forums, demonstrations, signing of various activities, including symbolic expressions against the coup. There is also a movement using various online media to spread the news of the group. However, problems and obstacles in the operations of the group arose. There are both external and internal factors. The external factors are 1) monitoring and control from the NCPO government, 2) using false information from the opponent to attack. Internal factors include 1) inefficient international English communication, 2) lack of interest and creativity, design a variety of activities, 3) lack of mass to support the activities, 4) an excessive seizure of individual culture among group members and 5) long-term online media use problems. | th |
