| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาเรื่อง “การนำนโยบายความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมไปปฏิบัติ : ศึกษากรณี การพัฒนาชุมชนเชิงพื้นที่แบบองค์รวม ของบริษัทเอฟู๊ด” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการนำนโยบายความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมไปปฏิบัติ ในโครงการพัฒนาชุมชนเชิงพื้นที่แบบองค์รวม ของบริษัทเอฟู๊ด และ 2) ศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคจากการนำนโยบายความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมไปปฏิบัติ ในโครงการพัฒนาชุมชนเชิงพื้นที่แบบองค์รวม ของบริษัทเอฟู๊ด การศึกษานี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ และการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมจากประสบการณ์ปฏิบัติงานในหน่วยงานที่นำนโยบายความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมไปปฏิบัติ จากการศึกษาพบว่า บริษัทเอฟู๊ด ได้ดำเนินงานด้านความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมตามหลักการสมดุล 3 ด้าน คือ ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคม และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยผู้บริหารได้ให้ความสำคัญและสื่อสารนโยบาย รวมทั้งจัดตั้งสำนักกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคม โดยจัดสรรทรัพยากร งบประมาณ และมีบุคลากรทำหน้าที่ในการรับนโยบายไปปฏิบัติในด้านสังคมโดยเฉพาะ ซึ่งเป็นการดำเนินงานความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมนอกกระบวนการของบริษัท เพื่อดำเนินโครงการพัฒนาชุมชนเชิงพื้นที่แบบองค์รวม ในพื้นที่ตัวแบบซึ่งเป็นที่ตั้งฐานการผลิตของบริษัท ส่งผลให้เกิดการมีส่วนร่วมพัฒนาชุมชนระหว่างบริษัทและผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยพบว่ามีปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้น คือ การแปลงนโยบายเป็นแผนงานและโครงการโดยหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ ไม่สอดคล้องกับประเด็นปัญหาและความต้องการของประชาชนในพื้นที่ที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากบริษัท โดยเฉพาะปัญหาด้านความเสื่อมโทรมของทรัพยากรแหล่งน้ำเพื่อการเกษตร และปัญหาด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เกิดขึ้นจากกระบวนการประกอบกิจการของบริษัท | th |
| dc.description.abstract | This research aimed to study the implementation, problems, and obstacles of corporate social responsibility (CSR) policy of A FOOD Company in the holistic area-based community development projects. The qualitative methodology was used and data was collected by interviewing key informants and participant observation in the CSR policy implementing department. The results found that the CSR policy of A FOOD committed to the Triple Bottom Line (TBL) framework that focused on economic, social, and environment aspect. Also found that the board of directors emphasize and impose the policy. Therefore, the Corporate Social Contribution Office was established and organized specifically as known as the CSR after process and was supported by resources including budgets and human resource. The Corporate Social Contribution Office aimed to manage the holistic area-based community development projects in the manufacturing area model. The projects caused a community development involvement between company and stakeholders. However, it can be generally found that the transforming policy to programs and projects were not necessary to problems and local community niche around manufacturing areas. Especially, agricultural water resource degeneration and environmental impact from the manufacturing process. | th |
