Abstract: |
This research has the purpose to study and clustering of Thai Investors by investment behavior in Bitcoin by collecting the questionnaires from 389 Bitcoin investors and using quota sampling. Apart from descriptive statistics, this study has been using the analytical technique to cluster the group by using Two-step Cluster Analysis. The study found that, more than 70 percent in male and female investors have investment objective for speculation and revenue incremental. Interestingly, no more than 10 percent of investors are invested by using only mining and more than half are investing by trading only. For those who influence the decisions of investors, most male and female investors invested by themselves following by considering from analyst, analysis and various media. When grouping investment behavior in Bitcoin, there are 3 groups which are Amateur Investors, Serious Speculators and Investors for Diversification. |
