| dc.description.abstract | การศึกษาเรื่อง ทัศนคติของหญิงบริการต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้ถุงยางอนามัยเพื่อป้องกันการแพร่เชื้อเอดส์ : ศึกษากรณีสถานบริการในเขตอำเภอพระนครศรีอยุธยา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ประการคือ / 1. เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติต่อการใช้ถุงอนามัยเพื่อป้องกันการแพร่เชื้อเอดส์ / 2. เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อทัศนคติของผู้ใช้ถุงยางอนามัยของหญิงบริการ / 3. เพื่อนำผลไปเป็นแนวทางส่งเสริมการใช้ถุงยางอนามัยในฐานะเครื่องมือขั้นสุดท้ายในการป้องกันเอดส์ / กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ หญิงบริการในเขตอำเภอพระนครศรีอยุธยาจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 135 คน ซึ่งมีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ใน 33 จังหวัด ของภาคกลางและกรุงเทพมหานคร ภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ และภาคใต้ โดยการคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบหลายขั้นตอน กำหนดจำนวน และการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบอุบัติการณ์และเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้การถามแบบเจาะลึก โดยมี Interview Guide เป็นกรอบคำถามและการมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรม โดยมิได้แสดงตนเป็นผู้วิจัยต่อกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณา คือ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ลักษณะทั่วไปของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 135 คน มีอายุตั้งแต่ 21-36 ปี โดยมีอายุส่วนใหญ่ที่ 21-25 ปี ร้อยละ 46 จบการศึกษาระดับ ม.6 หรือ ปวช.-ปวส. จำนวน 73 คน หรือร้อยละ 54 นอกนั้นจบต่ำกว่าชั้นมัธยมปีที่ 6 และปริญญาตรี | th |
| dc.description.abstract | กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเอดส์ระดับปานกลาง มีความระมัดระวังต่อการติดเชื้อเอดส์ระดับปานกลาง มีความใส่ใจต่อสังคมหรือห่วงใยสังคมระดับสูง แต่ยังมีความไม่ชัดเจนในด้านค่านิยมในการใช้ถุงยางอนามัยและส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมการใช้ถุงยางอนามัยในระดับบ่อยครั้งถึงประจำทุกครั้ง / นอกจากนี้พบว่า ระดับความรู้เรื่องเอดส์ ความระมัดระวัง และระดับค่าบริการ มีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกับระดับพฤติกรรมการใช้ถุงยางอนามัยของหญิงบริการ แต่ความใส่ใจต่อสังคมหรือความห่วงใยสังคมและค่านิยมความชอบใช้ถุงอนามัย ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างชัดเจนกับระดับการใช้ถุงยางอนามัยของหญิงบริการ / ข้อเสนอแนะ / 1. หน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบโครงการป้องกันโรคเอดส์ ควรกำหนดกลยุทธ์ในการเลือกและเน้นตัวกลุ่มเป้าหมาย เพื่อป้องกันการแพร่เชื้อเอดส์อย่างชัดเจน เช่น ในกลุ่มประชาชนทั่วไปกลุ่มเยาวชนนักศึกษา และโดยเฉพาะกลุ่มหญิงบริการราคาถูก 2. เมื่อกำหนดกลุ่มเสียงได้ชัดเจนแล้วควรเน้นการให้ความรู้ในกลุ่มต่าง ๆ ดังกล่าวตามความเหมาะสม การส่งเสริมให้มีความระมัดระวังมากขึ้น เช่น มีบริการและซื้อขายถุงยางอนามัยอย่างสะดวก / 3. ควรเน้นการให้ความรู้เรื่องเอดส์อย่างต่อเนื่องแก่กลุ่มเป้าหมายเพื่อผลักดันให้หญิงบริการใช้ประจำในอาชีพ. | th |
| dc.description.abstract | The study on "Attitude of Prostitutes Towards Condom Using Behavior for Potection of AIDS Infection : A Case Study of Brothel in Pranakornsriayuddhaya District, Pranakornsriayuddhaya Province" have three objectives as follow: / 1. To study the attitude towords condom using for protection of AIDS infection of prostitutes. / 2. To find out factors offecting the attitude towards condom using. / 3. To apply the study result for promoting the condom using behavior / The samples of this study include 135 prostitutes from 33 provinces in Central and Bangkok, Northern, Eastern, North-Eastern and Southern. The Multi-stage sampling with Stratification, Quota and Accidental Sampling were employed to select the samples of the study. The result of study was presented by percentage and description of correlation. / All samples of the study have not been known the participated researchers and didn't know about the study. / The results of the study can be summarized as follow: / The sampled prostitutes are aged between 21-36 years old and most of them are at 21-25 years old. About 46 percent attained mathayom 6 and 54 percent are finished elementary level and bachalor degree. The majority of the sampling group have their knowledge about AIDS and awareness of AIDS at moderate level while have their responsibility for society at a high level. However value about condom using is not clear. And they conduct condom using at almost time to every time. | th |
| dc.description.abstract | Knowledge about AIDS, Awareness on AIDS and Sexual Service cost are positive-correlated with condom using behavior but responsibility for society and value are not correlated with condom using. / The recommendation of this study are as follows: 1) There should be further study deeply the high risk target group especially those who earning cheaply. 2) Each risk group should be seperately educated about AIDS awareness. In addition there should be the continuous promotion of condom using in service buyer as well as prostitute in order to strike the target, there should be introduction of new method to induce them to recall the condom using, for example, condom is available to buyer in room or may be told to buy when bill is charged. 3)The knowledge of AIDS should be contributed continuously to target group for the inducing of condom using throughout their carrier. | th |
