    Problems of Enforcement of the Sangha Act 1962

    This thesis aims to study the problems of the enforcement of Sangha Act, B.E. 2505 (1962). There are three issues of the problems including: the status and temple representatives; the temple land; and the disputes of Sangha administration.  The research revealed that: firstly, the Wisukhamsima temple (the temple having royal grant of land with consecrated boundaries) and the monastery without Wisukhamsima are the juristic person having legal status as a legal entity as noted by section 31 of the Sangha Act, B.E. 2505 (1962).
